So yeah.  This page contains everything you ever wanted to know about me, and probably some stuff you didn't.  Thus the "About April" title. 

The obvious place to start is with my name.  But you already know that.  My name is April.  I was born on Wednesday July 14, 1982.  When meeting people, I am often asked, "were you born in April?" To which I respond, "No.  I was born in a hospital."  Lutheran Hospital to be exact.  The OLD Lutheran Hospital.  The one that now lies in ruins just past downtown Fort Wayne.  What a bummer.  My parents brought me home from the hospital to a little 3 bedroom house on Oakdale in what is now called "historic Fort Wayne."  I lived there until I was five.  My little sister, Kelly, and my little brother, Scott,  also first came home to that house.  Scott was only 9 months old when we moved to Brownsburg, IN.  I lived there until I was 12.  It was a nice place to grow up.  A safe little town.  My best friend's all lived within walking distance.  Hehehe.  That's an understatement, really, as two of them lived on either side of us.  Jacob to the left, and Kelley to the right. The other, Sarah, lived on the street behind us.  We needed only to cut through our backyard, and the yard of the people who lived immediately behind us to get to her house.  When I was 12, we moved back to Fort Wayne.  

WHOA....my life story is getting boring...let's just jump to present day times, huh?

So, obviously (if you can do math), if I was born in July of '82, then I am 20 years old.  Someone once told me that 19 and 20 are the crappiest ages.  At 19, the thrill of being an "adult" has worn off, but you aren't old enough to do anything.  At 20, you're not a teenager anymore, but you STILL aren't old enough to do anything.
